  • Coaching – If you are starting out in co-design, coaching provides targeted assistance to overcome specific challenges you might be having. It supports you to develop ways to maximise the potential of your practice.

Practice supervision – If you are already practising co-design, supervision provides a space for you to reflect on your work, celebrate successes, identify areas for growth, tackle challenges, discuss ethical dilemmas and discover new strategies to enhance your skills.

    What this looks like

    • One-on-one confidential conversations via Zoom or in person

    • External project supervision (small groups)
